urban planning in nuuk

it is told that mahatma gandhi once was asked the question:
"now mister gandhi; what do you think about western civilization ?"
to which mr. gandhi answered: "i think it would be a good idea !".
i arrived here some 11 years ago, and have since then had the parallel sentence in mind:
"now mister gandhi; what do you think about urban planning i nuuk?"
( try to read it in an kind-of-indian tongue - let peter sellers say it!)
and give the answer: "i think it would be a very very good idea!".
maybe this project can bring us closer.
